Evelyn is a feminist drug policy and human rights activist, a social communicator and a law student. She supports harm reduction efforts driven by peers, with a particular emphasis on women’s issues. Evelyn is part of the community-led regional HIV monitoring program for the key population of substance users, co-founder of Acción Antiprohibicionista Ecuador and part of the Latin American Network of People Who Use Drugs, (LANPUD).
